Job Responsibility:

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring student's learning remains consistent and engaging even in the absence of their regular teacher
  • Utilise the provided lesson plans and resources from the class teacher to create an effective and engaging learning experience
  • Share insights, strategies, and best practices with fellow staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Develop strong connections with staff, students, and families to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
  • Mark lessons taught and offer concise feedback to the class teacher when required
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants to provide optimal support for all learners
