Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Year 1 Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a vibrant primary school? We are seeking a passionate educator to join a welcoming team in Epsom, starting this September.

Job Responsibility:

Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Creating a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress regularly
Maintaining accurate records of pupil achievement
Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events
Upholding the school's ethos and policies, including safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Requirements:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience of teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1
Strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and early phonics
Excellent classroom management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous professional development
