Job Responsibility:
Dynamic Lesson Delivery: Planning and executing high-quality lessons that challenge pupils of all abilities and foster a love of learning
Data Accountability: Systematically tracking pupil progress and using assessment data to plan precise, effective interventions
Collaborative Planning: Working alongside year-group partners to share resources, ideas, and best practices to enhance the curriculum
Classroom Culture: Establishing and maintaining high expectations of behaviour through positive reinforcement and consistent routines
Holistic Development: Acting as a mentor and guide for pupils, supporting their social and emotional growth alongside their academic journey

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for this position
Proven experience of delivering "Good" or "Outstanding" teaching within a UK primary setting
Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum and a clear understanding of current educational trends
The ability to differentiate effectively for a diverse range of needs, including SEND and EAL
A commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct, attendance, and safeguarding
A current Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential
