We are partnering with a small, charming primary school just outside Worthing, currently seeking a full-time Year 1/2 Teacher to join their team. Due to the school's rural location, being able to drive is essential — but for the right teacher, the setting is more than worth the journey. This isn't your typical large, busy school — this is a place where every child is known as an individual, staff genuinely support one another, you have the freedom to be creative in your teaching, and you can see the real impact of your work every single day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full-time teaching position covering a mixed Year 1/2 class
  • Delivering engaging, creative lessons tailored to mixed-age learning
