Translate business requirements into actionable IT initiatives in collaboration with Application Technology teams and ensure alignment with technical feasibility.
Provide executive-level updates to stakeholders on the status of application projects and initiatives.
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical application-related issues.
Oversee collaboration with Application Technology teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of application projects.
Monitor and assess the performance of applications, highlighting issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
Ensure comprehensive testing, including system integration testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to deploying the solution.
Manage post-deployment support through Application Technology teams, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies in the applications domain.
Proactively lead the recommendation and adoption of innovative solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences.
Drive and sponsor pilot projects and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new application technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, 3-5 years work experience
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
