Job Responsibility:

  • Direct the lifecycle management of business and technical applications, ensuring they consistently meet evolving business requirements.
  • Involved in evaluation and recommendation of application technologies to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Work closely with Application Technology teams (SAP, BPM, etc.) for finalizing application solutions.
  • Ensure solution and applications consistency across Business Units through collaboration with Applications Technology and Business Units.
  • Oversee application governance, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, cyber security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and present budgets for application-related initiatives, including licensing, support, and development costs.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across Business Units to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and application needs.
  • Facilitate discussions with Application Teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements at a managerial level.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable IT initiatives in collaboration with Application Technology teams and ensure alignment with technical feasibility.
  • Provide executive-level updates to stakeholders on the status of application projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical application-related issues.
  • Oversee collaboration with Application Technology teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of application projects.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of applications, highlighting issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing, including system integration testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to deploying the solution.
  • Manage post-deployment support through Application Technology teams, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies in the applications domain.
  • Proactively lead the recommendation and adoption of innovative solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences.
  • Drive and sponsor pilot projects and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new application technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, 3-5 years work experience
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of application technologies and their strategic impact.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to align IT strategies with long-term business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate and manage priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Fluent English
