Job Responsibility:
Ensuring the yard is kept clean and tidy and vehicles are parked appropriately with easy access
Dealing with customers in a professional manner, ensuring high standards of customer service
Responsible for moving vehicles around site, including parking and moving them to the correct bays for work to be completed
Checking vehicles in when delivered, collected or recovered in
Ensure they are positioned suitably in a valid space
Moving cars around as required from the front car park to the rear car park
Take images of the vehicle inside and out and mark any damage evident on tablet / paperwork
Ensure customer signs paperwork before they leave
Responsible for handing over courtesy cars (if necessary) and complete relevant paperwork
Ensure courtesy cars are clean, tidy and have fuel in them
Hand paperwork to Reception for them to upload and update systems accordingly
Keep the yard organised, tidy, clean and safe at all times
Daily travel to local offsite compound to collect courtesy cars/customer cars and deliver cars as and when required
Occasionally wash down customer/courtesy cars before collection
Ensuring customers are treated in a professional and efficient manner at all times
Report any accidents, incidents to your Bodyshop Manager without delay
Confirm any courtesy car damage or cleanliness issues with reception team
