Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the administration and continuous optimization of CHR’s core business platforms, ensuring they effectively support operational workflows and business objectives
  • Lead the administration, optimization, and day-to-day support of CHR’s Yardi Multi-family ecosystem and related operational systems supporting property management, leasing, accounting, and resident services
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, reporting consistency, and system best practices to support operational decision-making and business intelligence initiatives
  • Lead platform-related projects, system enhancements, upgrades, and cross-functional technology initiatives while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee system integrations and data flow between Yardi and connected business platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and accurate information across systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years’ experience with (platforms/business systems)
  • Minimum of two (2) years project management experience preferred
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or similar operational environments preferred
  • Experience supporting and optimizing integrated systems ecosystems, including ERP, CRM, and operational platforms (Yardi or similar strongly preferred)
