Job Description

Assetsoft is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Yardi Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. This role will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software implementation lifecycle. This includes planning, installation, configuration, business process analysis, workflow design, training, testing, and project management. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can work independently in a dynamic environment. Strong command of real estate operations and accounting principles is essential, and prior experience with Yardi Voyager and its associated modules is required. A background in technology consulting, especially in the real estate sector, will be considered a strong asset.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the complete implementation lifecycle for Yardi software, including scoping, configuration, deployment, training, and support
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans
  • lead weekly status meetings and manage progress reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure project success and long-term client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Yardi Voyager, with a deep understanding of its functionality and integration across various business processes
  • Apply specialized knowledge in managing Yardi modules such as Facility Manager, Forecast Manager, and Yardi Elevate, ensuring alignment with client-specific operational needs and workflows
  • Leverage working knowledge of Procore to support integration with real estate systems, contributing to seamless construction and project management workflows
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across real estate software solutions including Yardi, MRI, Procore, Concur, Microsoft Dynamics, and Costar
  • Provide both remote and onsite training and consulting services
  • Maximize client value by efficiently managing allocated hours as per the Statement of Work
  • Administer user access, permissions, and other foundational Yardi system configurations
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training programs for Yardi users at both corporate and site levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Asset Management, Marketing) to support system customization, process improvements, and stakeholder communications
  • Act as the first line of support for Yardi-related queries, troubleshooting issues or escalating to the vendor when necessary
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, upgrades, and capabilities within the Yardi ecosystem

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in technology or business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise software implementations in a Project Management or Business Analyst capacity
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager
  • Proficient in modules such as Residential, Commercial, Banking, Investment Management, with a strong emphasis on accounting workflows
  • Experience in supporting and training end users on multiple Yardi modules, including: Facility Manager, Forecast Manager, Yardi Elevate
  • Prior experience handling Procore or knowledge of its integration with real estate systems is highly desirable
  • Proven experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Rent Café, Vendor Café, PayScan, Procure-to-pay)
  • Skilled in creating and managing project documentation and deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-growth conditions
  • Candidates with a short notice period (1 month or less) will be given preference

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage
