Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary support contact for Yardi, handling a high volume of tickets related to user errors and how‑to questions, data and workflow issues, process and configuration questions
Troubleshoot issues by walking users through problems step‑by‑step, explaining system behavior and proper usage, applying backend fixes where appropriate
Support Yardi v7 (legacy) with ongoing migration to Yardi Elevate
Perform small enhancement projects, cleanups, and configuration updates
Provide functional support across Yardi modules, including Procure‑to‑Pay, Basic Financials, Residential / Public Housing, Inspections and Maintenance applications and integrations
Document common issues, fixes, and processes to reduce repeat tickets
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams as needed
Requirements:
Hands‑on experience supporting Yardi in a production environment
Strong understanding of public housing / residential housing workflows
Knowledge of financial processes, especially procure‑to‑pay
Excellent people skills and patience working with non‑technical users
Comfortable working in legacy systems while supporting platform transitions
Ability to manage tickets and small projects independently
Nice to have:
SQL or reporting experience
BI tools exposure
Experience in housing authorities, government, or regulated environments
