Experience as a Yardi Technical Trainer, Business Analyst, System Administrator, or Super User
Familiarity with workflow documentation, requirements gathering, and end-user support
Exposure to property management software such as RealPage, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is a plus

Job Responsibility

Serve as a subject matter expert for Yardi
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, create instructional materials, and develop clear workflow documentation for end users
Troubleshoot Yardi issues, manage configurations and permissions, and provide day-to-day application support
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, optimize Yardi workflows, and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Assist with Yardi upgrades, migrations, and Rent Café rollouts
contribute to training plans and user adoption strategies
Work closely with IT teams, property management staff, and finance teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency
