Job Responsibility:

  • Fast Decision-making: You make quick decisions to ensure smooth operations
  • Problem Solver: Your goal is to resolve issues immediately. You are responsible for your zone and ensure everything is correctly scanned
  • Technology: You work with logistics software and specialized computer programs to register all movements
  • Administration: You check and hand over the CMR documents to the drivers.

Requirements:

  • PC Skills: You are highly tech-savvy. You work efficiently with logistics software and are able to learn new software packages quickly
  • Shift Flexibility: You are willing to work in a rotating system with the following three shifts: (11:36 - 19:36, 15:30 - 23:36, and 19:30 - 03:36)
  • Languages: Good command of English and French
  • Mindset: You have a proactive mindset (you take initiative and work independently)
  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
