Job Description:

Pruitt is seeking candidates for an MPD Yard Technician on site at our Fort Smith, AR facility. Incumbent will install, test and maintain MPD (oilfield) equipment. Incumbent will work as part of the Strategic Operations Management Team to ensure equipment inventory is accurate at all times. Incumbent will also handle the mobilization/demobilization of equipment and complete routine and preventive maintenance tasks in compliance with our Quality Management System.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install, test and maintain MPD (oilfield) equipment
  • Work as part of the Strategic Operations Management Team to ensure equipment inventory is accurate
  • Handle the mobilization/demobilization of equipment
  • Complete routine and preventive maintenance tasks in compliance with our Quality Management System
  • Prepare equipment for mobilization and demobilization of equipment packages
  • Must be available for after-hours/weekend work when mobilization/demobilization events occur outside of normal working hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a position requiring material management job duties
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in an industrial setting (e.g., mechanical, construction, fabrication)
  • Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
  • Must pass a drug test as a condition of employment

Nice to have:

  • Previous oilfield experience
  • Experience working with serial numbers, parts numbers, etc. as they relate to inventory management
