Job Responsibility

Structure and manage complex calendars and meetings, prioritizing urgencies and ensuring a smooth schedule
Manage executive inboxes, including reading, drafting answers, and prioritizing threads and forwards
Provide support for personal agenda and private administrative tasks as needed to optimize the CEO's time
Join meetings to collect insights, document action items, and provide clear summaries
Lead certain initiatives from start to finish, such as scheduling notary dates and ensuring document readiness
Conduct research on specific topics and prepare detailed reports to support business decision-making
Organize end-to-end travel arrangements for the CEO and support other founders (COO/CFO) when required
Track deadlines and follow up on action items independently, ensuring tasks are completed on time
