We are a leading national business looking for a reliable, motivated Yard Hand to join our team. This isn't just a labouring job—it's a career stepping stone. While you'll start out managing the yard and operating machinery, we are actively looking to invest in you, upskill you, and train you to become a Batcher within the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Safe operation of the onsite Front-End Loader and Forklift
  • General yard duties
  • site clean-up
  • maintaining a safe work environment
  • Assisting with stock management and incoming deliveries
  • Eagerness to learn the ropes and step up into a batching role

Requirements

  • Valid LF (Forklift) licence
  • Loader ticket
  • Construction White Card
  • Reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence
  • Full Australian Work Rights (Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only)
  • Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening)
  • Strong work ethic
