Job Responsibility

Perform full housekeeping duties in the main house, guest cottages, studios, and staff accommodations
Daily cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising all surfaces
Laundry care: washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe management
Change and prepare bedrooms to a 5-star standard, including impeccable bed making
Polishing silverware and maintaining fine furniture, delicate fabrics, and materials
Ensure all rooms are presented to the highest standard at all times
Assist the House Manager with daily operations and liaise regularly to ensure priorities are met
Work collaboratively with other members of the housekeeping team
Communicate proactively regarding stock levels, maintenance issues, or cleaning needs
Regular inspections of all areas, including high-traffic and less-visible zones
