As a Yacht Broker, your office is anywhere a boat can be — on the dock, in the marina, at boat shows, or on the water. Your role is dynamic, rewarding, and built around relationships, hustle, and a love for the boating lifestyle.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to leads and inquiries from buyers and sellers
Cold calling and prospecting to generate new business (expect 50+ outbound calls/day)
Walking the docks and meeting boaters at local marinas
Hosting and attending events and boat shows
Conducting boat showings and managing sea trials/surveys
Keep our industry leading CRM updated and leveraging its capabilities to drive sales
Researching market trends and gaining product knowledge
Organizing and coordinating closings with support from our finance and admin teams
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience
Proven cold calling experience and not afraid to hustle
Boating experience is a must (ideally both power and sail)
Impeccable customer service skills
CRM proficiency
Strong computer skills – MS Office, digital marketing tools, report generation
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and goal-oriented
Coachable and eager to learn the yacht sales business
Comfortable working weekends during peak seasons
Experience at tradeshows, marina events, or dealership settings
Must have a valid driver’s license and boating license
