Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Play the role of a Techno-Functional Consultant, bridging communication between business teams and the Xstore development team
  • Drive Xstore localization efforts to meet market-specific and legal compliance needs
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) development for new business requirements and innovations
  • Manage customization, enhancements, and development activities in the Xstore product suite
  • Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Analyze data to identify system limitations, resolve business problems, and optimize solutions
  • Participate in production support activities to ensure high system availability and performance
  • Align with business priorities to identify opportunities that drive business growth and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 8–10 years of overall IT experience
  • At least 3–4 years in a Business Analyst role
  • Proven experience working with Oracle Xstore POS and its ecosystem (Xadmin, Xcenter, Xservices, Xenvironment, Xmobile, Tablet, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes, store operations, and POS workflows
  • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, functional specification creation, and solution validation
  • Good knowledge of localization, integrations, and custom development in Xstore
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both business and technical
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams
