Job Responsibility:

  • Authority management, Xinzhuang Industrial Park
  • As the first contact window, keep and maintain good relationship with Xinzhuang Industrial Park and other local authority functions, to ensure the smooth operation and development of Xinzhuang site
  • Support the regional Public and Government Affairs team to foster relations with the relevant municipal and district governmental departments and authorities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services includes but not limited to travel service, insurance management, expats car & housing management, office construction/renovation project management, space planning, copy services

Requirements:
