Job Description:

The Xiao Ting Restaurant Server provides exceptional quality and service to Xiao Ting Restaurant guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction
  • offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

Requirements:

  • Conversational and reading skills of English and Cantonese/Mandarin languages
  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
  • Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
