Job Responsibility
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the large-scale chemical industry to meet and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets
Direct and manage a sales team of approximately 10 professionals, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and strategic guidance
Drive new business development by identifying emerging market opportunities and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders in the chemical sector
Manage high-level relationships with major accounts, EPC firms, and design institutes to ensure long-term business growth
Provide regular reports to the General Manager regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis
Collaborate closely with the manufacturing and technical departments to align product offerings with specific customer requirements
Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, including technical bidding, contract negotiations, and project delivery oversight
Optimize sales processes and utilize CRM tools to improve team efficiency and forecast accuracy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
At least 10 years of professional sales experience within the industrial components or chemical equipment industry
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of managing sales teams of 10 or more members
Demonstrated success in business development and penetrating new markets within the large-scale chemical industry
Professional fluency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational corporate environment
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, particularly in handling complex, high-value technical contracts
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to lead under pressure and achieve growth in a competitive landscape
Extensive knowledge of the Chinese chemical market and established networks with major industry players
