Job Description

Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services to include video, high-speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home. This role focuses on both individual sales to single family units and sales to multiple dwelling units through relationships with property management. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.

Job Responsibility

  • Promotion and sale of Comcast products and services (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home)
  • Focus on individual sales to single family units and sales to multiple dwelling units
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers
  • Evaluate customers' product needs and make recommendations
  • Create and execute turf management plans
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Generate business through approved lead generation methods
  • Implement effective sales closing techniques

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Relevant Work Experience 2-5 Years
  • Advanced knowledge of Comcast products and services

  • Consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment
  • Effective communication, organizational and people skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases)

  • Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials/licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
