Job Description:

Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services to include video, high-speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote and sell Comcast products and services (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home)
  • Knock every door within assigned territory
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers
  • Evaluate customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models
  • Evaluate competitive offers and frame response to show benefits of Comcast
  • Create and execute turf management plans without assistance
  • Utilize experience-based sales technique, operate independently
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market
  • Establish and organize daily sales activities
  • Generate business through approved methods of lead generation
  • Implement effective sales closing techniques to achieve product installation goal

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 Years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Comcast products (video, high-speed internet, voice, XFINITY Home)
  • Recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns
  • Expert knowledge of selling reflective of required relevant experience
  • Effective communication, organizational and people skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases)
  • Must meet physical requirements including ability to walk/travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions
  • Where applicable, obtain and maintain credentials/licenses necessary to sell/design alarm systems as required by law
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
