We are currently seeking a WW Supply Chain Process Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan, for a maternity cover contract.
Job Responsibility:
Use our organization internal systems to manage the orders received during sales campaigns
Assure delivery and returns of goods according to Bottega Veneta business strategy and countries constrains
Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service
Communicate and collaborate with internal departments in order to meet business expectations
Contribute to the development and execution of planned activities
Facilitate the collection of information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities
Manage shipping activities in collaboration with Kering departments, in order to support retail distribution strategy
Data entry and customer master data management
Requirements:
Previous experience in order management/Supply Chain of 1-2 years
Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory, both written and spoken
An expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Basic knowledge of SAP would be a plus
A collaborative problem solver
A proactive detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of SAP would be a plus
