Job Description:

The WW SMB (Instant On) Category Manager influences and manages the SMB product offering, positioning, and pricing across the product life cycle of the portfolio, in partnership with the regional sales teams. Responsible for planning business objectives and achieving this plan through ongoing adjustments of product positioning & offering decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Influences and manages the SMB product offering, positioning, and pricing across the product life cycle
  • Plans business objectives for Instant On portfolio
  • Achieves business plan through adjustments of product positioning & offering
  • Acts as expert in SMB business with competitive knowledge
  • Communicates, briefs, supports regional category managers and sales force
  • Influences GTM and defines demand generation priorities
  • Leads engagement on SMB business with cross functional teams
  • Has quota responsibility for Instant On product range

Requirements:

  • University or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Finance
  • advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • Typically 8-12 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experience preferred
  • Commercial Partner/channel management expertise
