Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Worldwide Client Development team as a WW CRM Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client development strategies within a global luxury fashion environment. As part of the team, you will support the execution and analysis of clienteling campaigns, assist in generating targeted audiences, contribute to reporting on key performance indicators, and help develop tools and materials for client engagement initiatives. This role blends analytical tasks with operational responsibilities, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the optimization of our client development strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct ad-hoc campaign performance analysis
  • Ensure regular updates to Saint Laurent clienteling tools
  • Contribute to the creation of clienteling training materials
  • Support the execution of the roadmap for Clienteling Apps
  • Assist on the implementation of the Privacy Program
  • Handle requests of data cleansing
  • Provide general support to the Global Client Development department

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Analytical skills with proficient Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • English proficiency is mandatory

Nice to have:

Familiar and passionate about the luxury fashion industry is a plus
