We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Writer & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines strong writing skills with customer interaction, requiring someone who can communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating written content while also responding to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer questions via email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Write clear, concise, and engaging content including FAQs, help articles, and customer communications
Translate complex information into easy-to-understand responses for customers
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written materials
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accurate messaging
Identify common customer issues and help improve support documentation
Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity
Track and manage customer interactions using CRM or support tools
Requirements:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Nice to have:
