Support the ongoing development of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to improve planning and reporting processes
Work closely with Data, Process and Performance Management teams to identify automation opportunities
Help review the wider Finance systems landscape to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Support the creation of an application catalogue and systems roadmap
Work with Deloitte and internal stakeholders to document systems, functionality and data flows
Identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation and process improvements
Support alignment with the ERP programme and ensure systems integrate effectively
Champion new systems and processes across Finance and the wider business
Support testing, training, user guidance and adoption activities
Gather stakeholder feedback and help translate it into actionable improvements
Requirements:
Experience in process design, testing methodologies and change adoption activities
Be knowledgeable in SAP ECC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and HFM
Have strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and financial modelling
Have excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Experience working with teams across different business areas and disciplines
Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Be confident supporting change adoption, testing and continuous improvement activities
Nice to have:
Experience across finance process areas including R2R, P2P, O2C and FP&A
Understanding of finance control frameworks
Experience supporting data analysis or migration within system implementations
Experience supporting UAT processes and governance, ideally using Azure DevOps
Experience working in project or transformation environments
