Job Description

We are recruiting a Workplace Supervisor (to be known as Floor Assistant Supervisor) to join our 43-strong team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts. Our client is one of the world's leading Big Four accountancy firms. As Floor Assistant Supervisor, you will lead a team of 3 Floor Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of workplace experience are consistently delivered across the client's London base. Acting as a role model and coach, you will inspire, train and develop your team, maintaining enthusiasm, engagement and a culture of excellence while ensuring all services are delivered within established guidelines and service standards. You will encourage innovation and creative thinking, empowering your team to identify opportunities, solve challenges proactively and deliver unexpected solutions that enhance the client and employee experience. Alongside your people leadership responsibilities, you will remain highly visible within the operation, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and serving as an escalation point for workplace-related requests and enquiries.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate and inspire a team of Workplace Ambassadors to deliver exceptional workplace experiences
  • Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching and support, ensuring team members perform confidently and consistently
  • Train, develop and maintain team engagement, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
  • Conduct regular team briefings, one-to-ones and performance conversations
  • Ensure all services are delivered in line with agreed service standards, procedures and client expectations
  • Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving, empowering team members to deliver unexpected solutions and continuously improve service delivery
  • Act as the first point of escalation for workplace-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, becoming a trusted operational partner
  • Oversee and support the management of space utilisation across the London campus
  • Manage supplier relationships, including logging, monitoring and following through on service requests
  • Analyse operational data and provide business support and reporting where required
  • Ensure all workplace facilities, including internal vending provisions, are maintained to the highest standard
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, accountability and a guest-focused approach at all times

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within hospitality, workplace, customer service or facilities environments
  • Be passionate about developing people and creating engaged, high-performing teams
  • Possess excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Be proactive, adaptable and solution-focused when responding to operational challenges
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Be computer literate with strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email and telephone etiquette
  • Have experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards
