Job Responsibility:

  • are the first point of contact at reception for the property management, our external service companies, all tenants and guests of our workspace and take over office tours and inspections
  • ensure the smooth running of all operational and administrative tasks, act as host and take calls and are responsible for the distribution and dispatch of mail
  • spot opportunities - dive into researching promising clients, take the lead in active sourcing to identify and approach potential tenants for our beautiful Yani
  • build and grow a smart, segmented database for all our products – from day pass, office, meetings to events
  • take care of ordering measures including invoice control and stocktaking
  • ensure cleanliness and order in the entire workspace, organize the public areas, take on regular cleaning tasks and regularly stock our coffee kitchen and vending machine
  • are responsible for the on-boarding of new tenants, including the organization of parking tickets and key cards

Requirements:

  • already gained some experience in the hotel industry/gastronomy or in the area of office management/co-working
  • a pronounced hands-on mentality and an empathetic approach to guests and colleagues
  • a positive and warm charisma, a self-confident appearance while recognize needs and can advise our tenants
  • an organizational talent with very good multitasking skills and a good intuition to deal with conflicts and their resolution on a professional level
  • a sustainable way of thinking and help proactively to find more environmentally friendly alternatives, conserve resources and avoid waste
  • work independently and responsibly and confident in using the current MS Office programs
  • fluent in French and English
