Workshop Technician – Wheelchair Services – Leicester

We are seeking a Workshop Technician to join our dedicated team in Leicester, initially on a 3 month fixed-term contract. Opcare has been providing Wheelchair service to patients in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland for over 7 years. The service works in conjunction with the Specialist Mobility Centre which is based at Meridian East Business Park. The team there is made up of Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Engineers and Technicians/Associate Practitioners who deliver clinical services to our patients whom we support. The role will be instrumental in helping to deliver high quality wheelchair equipment to those with mobility and postural needs in the region.
