Mahesh Motors (Pvt) Ltd. is the leading company providing Automobile services in Biyagama. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, team player with good communication skills to handling customer base & labours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure company operating procedures are followed
  • Planning and monitoring daily routine work within the workshop
  • Monitor technicians’ daily productivity
  • Facilitate or conduct technical training
  • Manage employees when required
  • Own performance across the area and maintain strong customer relationships achieving sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 05 years’ experience of handling automobile workshops with knowledge. Machineries and vehicle in a similar capacity
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions
  • Writing and oral communication skills in both English and Sinhala
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Package
  • Age should be between 30-45 years

  • Coordinate maintenance teams to carry out all related maintenance activities to ensure the equipment is always maintained to a high standard
  • Communicate with the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent on day-to-day activities, work order control and cost management
  • Liaise with Mining to ensure that equipment is maintained, and that Mining are aware of potential repairs / downtime
  • Ensure relevant documentation is completed & filed as required by maintenance & planning groups
  • Ensure that company vehicles and tooling are maintained and that both company and contractor vehicles and tooling comply with mine site regulations
  • Ensure that work management is carried out to maximise value and minimise unplanned events
  • Work with the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent to lead and guide strategy and management to achieve budgeted costs and change periods
  • Ensure that area inductions are current and help maintain the integrity of PLS competency records
