Job Description:

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a diligent equipment sales specialist within our growing workshop equipment team in Milton Keynes. Working within our busy Workshop Pro team, the successful candidate will have to manage a varied workload, advising customers on best-fit equipment, software and training solutions whilst delivering exceptional customer service. If you believe you have suitable experience and are looking to progress your career, this position could be for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the smooth running of the Workshop Pro technical equipment department – following up leads, advising customers, liaising with staff in our branch network and field-based staff to increase technical sales conversion
  • Overseeing the sales process from lead through to install and invoicing, effective communication is key
  • Facilitating the booking and invoicing of training courses for Alliance Automotive customers throughout the UK
  • Providing after sales support
  • Contacting customers to secure annual software licence renewals
  • Ensuring highest levels of customer service are delivered, contributing to industry leading levels of customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with all current promotions, offers and workshop equipment brochures

Requirements:

  • Impeccable telephone manner, excellent communication and customer service, sales skills
  • The ability to build strong working relationships
  • The ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Strong IT skills essential. Email, MAM, Salesforce, Word and Excel all used daily
  • Previous exposure to MAM Autopart, Automotive sales and technical equipment sales a distinct advantage
