Job Description:

Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our outstanding team at Vertu Vauxhall Waltham Cross. We are offering a package up to £38,000 basic salary OTE £50,000 depending on experience. This is a full-time, permanent role. With our Aftersales department closed at weekends, you’ll benefit from a Monday to Friday working pattern.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop
  • Ensuring all incoming work is planned
  • Managing the time and resource of your team
  • Assigning a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and deadlines are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working within the Motor Trade in a main franchised dealership
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Stellantis brand experience would be advantageous but is not essential
