Job Description

To assist the Workshop Management and work as part of a busy team in an Agricultural Machinery dealership which is passionate about the franchises they hold and providing a good customer service to the area. The successful person would be instrumental in helping to ensure that targets set are met and that the service department is effective & profitable.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the Workshop Management to ensure achievement of annual sales target
  • Manage customer accounts & credit in conjunction with the accounts department
  • Optimising direct sales opportunities
  • Awareness of department financials and individual impact on those
  • Maintaining & nurturing supplier relationships
  • Maintaining & nurturing existing & prospective customer relationships
  • Ensuring efficient and timely resolution of paperwork
  • Workshop job invoicing
  • Draw up quotes for insurance jobs, and invoice as per authorisation once repairs complete
  • Liaise with Administrator at Churchstoke to book technicians on training as requested
  • Take workshop calls and deal with if possible, or take messages if not possible

Requirements

Experience in a Service or Parts department within a dealership environment is desirable
