Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors, clients, contractors, and tenants professionally
Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures and issue passes
Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms, ensuring efficient use of resources
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries to maintain seamless communication
Prepare reports and documents as required, supporting operational excellence
Requirements
Previous experience working as a front house receptionist or in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus and administrative abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a professional appearance
