Job Responsibility

  • Define and deliver a unified workplace strategy that creates a consistent, engaging employee experience across all locations
  • Lead the workplace operations integration programme, driving governance, timelines, and collaboration across teams to bring the best of both organisations together
  • Design and implement a multi-year employee experience roadmap that enhances wellbeing, belonging, and collaboration
  • Introduce and embed workplace technologies (e.g., apps, booking systems, smart sensors) to create seamless, data-driven workplace experiences
  • Set office standards, service models, and customer journeys to ensure our spaces are productive, sustainable, and inspiring
  • Develop and launch an effective outsourced operating model that enables exceptional workplace services and experiences
  • Build and shape a workplace brand and team culture that is customer-focused, purpose-driven, and committed to excellence
  • Leverage external insights and industry best practices to continuously evolve and innovate our workplace strategy
  • Act as a key partner across Property, HR, and business teams, driving alignment and communicating our workplace vision at all levels

Requirements

  • Experience managing large corporate office portfolios within blue-chip environments, with a strong background in workplace strategy
  • Proven track record of designing and successfully delivering workplace or transformation strategies
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and bring teams together
  • Experience leading large-scale change or integration programmes with clear strategic thinking
  • Solid understanding of PropTech solutions and experience implementing digital workplace tools
  • Passion for creating safe, sustainable, and compliant environments, supported by relevant HSE/IOSH knowledge
  • Ability to lead both in-house and outsourced teams, building high-performing, 'one team' cultures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders (including leadership teams)
  • Experience managing outsourced facilities or total facilities management (TFM) services
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and stay away from home when needed
