The Workplace Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace operations across the factory site. This role oversees transportation, canteen operations, mail services, repair and maintenance requests, housekeeping, car parking, and the company shop & employee benefits. The supervisor ensures compliance with workplace governance and safety standards, manages vendor performance, supports daily operations, and delivers a consistent and positive employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Facility, Carparking and Security Management: Monitor facility conditions
Work with maintenance vendors
Maintain maintenance schedule
Support facility upgrades
Ensure compliance
Oversee security team
Control meeting room reservations
Administer parking
Monitor occupancy
Shuttle Bus / Transportation: Oversee shuttle services
Monitor SLAs
Oversee vehicle readiness
Manage incident response
Verify billing
Company Shop, Canteen Operations and House Keeping: Oversee company shop
Oversee food vendor
Arrange canteen schedule
Manage cleaning scope
Implement cleaning schedules
Mail Services: Supervise mail operations
Ensure daily transport
Cross-Functional & Vendor Management: Coordinate with Procurement
Partner with SHE teams
Oversee vendor performance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
3–5 years of experience in Workplace Services / Facilities Management / Soft Services in a large corporate environment
Proven experience supervising vendors and service teams (e.g., security, housekeeping, transport, mailroom)
Familiarity with vendor management and procurement systems
