The scope of the Workplace Service Delivery Manager covers Office sites in relevant remit. Where he/she will ensure that our Workplaces services are Future Fit and aligned to the ambition of a great place to work and trailblazing for best -in-class employee workplace experiences. The role will be responsible for leading the Workplace & Travel and Fleet Services transformation and be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of Workplace & Travel Services in line with established service levels and service line strategy. The services scope of this role includes primarily Facilities Management (both soft and technical services). The role also includes activities across the other Workplace & Travel Services areas (Real Estate, Travel, Fleet Management, Sustainability initiatives and Building projects).
Job Responsibility:
Support and Implementation: Leading the implementation of the workplace related projects in responsible markets
Facilities Management: Deliver the Services transformation program, ensuring employee experience, safety, and wellbeing
Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovations and improvement projects to enhance cost and service
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships, evaluate supplier proposals, and conduct supplier performance reviews
Sustainability and Compliance: Implementing programs to reduce environmental impact, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations
Finance and Reporting: Deliver profitability by manage P&L responsibility, optimizing resource allocation
Requirements:
Extensive Experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Services preferably in a corporate office environment from a MNC or large and reputable local organization
Essential to have a hand on approach and can-do attitude
Strategic leadership with strong collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese language
Delivering workplace related projects and change management in areas such as site relocation, reconfigurations or other global/ local related projects implementation associated to workplace scope
Financial acumen and working knowledge of financial budgeting and accounting
Strong leadership capabilities fostering a high-performance culture

Experience in working independently and in agile delivery set up
Demonstrates the ability to adapt, stay calm, and maintain focus in stressful situations
Genuine interest in workplace services (be the subject matter expert) and a passion for delivering the best service to our internal clients
