Job Description:

As a Workplace Services Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of our IT team, ensuring our IT equipment and systems in our distribution center run smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues, playing a key role in supporting our employees. Together with a team of 6 colleagues, a team leader, and an IT manager, you’ll work to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Installing and maintaining IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, label printers, and barcode scanners
  • troubleshooting and performing minor repairs in both warehouse and office environments
  • ensuring the continuity and availability of workstations and applications
  • efficiently handling and following up on incidents and requests
  • providing hands-on support to users, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems and office software/hardware
  • documenting processes and contributing to the improvement of IT services

Requirements:

  • IT education at Level 3 or equivalent (e.g., through courses)
  • strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • basic networking skills
  • master one or more of the following languages: Dutch, English, or German
  • flexible in terms of working hours (production runs in 2 shifts, so you occasionally have to support an early or late shift during the week or on a Saturday)
