Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and hands-on Workplace Projects & Program Manager to join our Workplace team. Our team is central to creating an amazing work environment for everyone, and this role will be critical to our success as we navigate a period of significant company growth and global expansion. You’re someone who thrives in an ever changing environment, excels at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and is passionate about both the practical execution and the creative strategy of building a global Workplace team. This role will report to the Senior Project Manager, Real Estate and Workplace and will be a key partner in scaling our team and optimizing our processes to handle a high volume of ambitious projects and initiatives. This role is for a hands-on individual who is excited by the challenge of not only building spaces but also building the systems that make our Workplace organization function at scale. This role will require travel ~ 30% of the time.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Office Build/Refresh Projects: Manage the full lifecycle of new office builds and office refreshes. This includes developing budgets, tracking schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Drive Workplace Program Strategy: Act as a program manager for internal operational initiatives aimed at improving team efficiency and scale. This includes rolling out new knowledge management systems, implementing a ticketing system, and refining project delivery frameworks
  • Support Strategic Space and Occupancy Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to analyze current and future space requirements. Perform scenario analysis to ensure we are maximizing efficient and effective space utilization across our global portfolio
  • Contribute to Real Estate Strategy: Support the team's real estate initiatives, including the negotiation and management of Serviced Office Agreements and ensuring the overall real estate strategy is upheld across the portfolio
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders across the company (e.g., Finance, IT, People Operations) to foster collaborative relationships and ensure project efforts are coordinated and align with broader company objectives

  • A Strong Communicator and Influencer: comfortable presenting to leadership and can build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, navigating complex business requirements
  • Hands-On & Proactive: not afraid to dive into the details, thinks critically to solve problems in the moment and drive solutions in partnership with involved parties
  • Experienced in Workplace and Construction: minimum of four years of experience in the construction, real estate, or workplace management fields, giving a working knowledge of industry practices and technical specifications
