We established Pareto Facilities Management to create the most service focused, customer centric, facilities management company in the UK. Pareto FM are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Workplace Host to deliver an exceptional front-of-house and workplace experience within a high-profile corporate environment. This is a key role where you’ll be the face of the workplace — creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for all visitors, clients, and colleagues. You’ll work closely with the Workplace Management Team to support daily operations while bringing energy, organisation, and attention to detail to everything you do.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver a five-star front-of-house experience, welcoming guests and supporting employees
  • Act as a key point of contact for all workplace queries, ensuring a professional and helpful response
  • Support the coordination of workplace services and daily operations
  • Assist the Workplace Management Team in delivering a high-quality, consistent service
  • Build strong relationships with clients, visitors, and service partners
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Support booking systems, reservations, and workplace coordination activities
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable environment at all times
  • Handle administrative tasks and support reporting where required
  • Work collaboratively with service partners and internal teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or workplace environment
  • Strong customer service experience within a corporate or high-profile setting
  • Experience using booking systems or resource/reservation platforms (desirable)
  • Good understanding of workplace or facilities operations (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
