  • Managing meeting rooms, AV support and workplace equipment
  • Handling day-to-day employee and guest requests, ensuring a high level of service
  • Carrying out regular workplace audits and resolving issues
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Supporting events and out-of-hours requirements (TOIL provided)
  • Acting as a First Aider / Fire Warden (training provided if needed)
  • Logging incidents, near misses and supporting health & safety processes
  • Supporting the Regional Workplace Manager and acting as deputy when required
  • Stepping into other facilities roles when needed to maintain service levels

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities, workplace, hospitality, events or customer service environments
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) or similar systems

Nice to have

  • IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to complete)
  • Experience supporting AV or meeting room technology
  • Previous experience in a corporate workplace environment

What we offer

  • Work in a high-quality, professional workplace environment
  • Be part of a supportive and collaborative team
  • A genuinely varied role with real ownership
  • Opportunity to develop your career in facilities and workplace services
