Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as you’ll work closely with clients, landlords, managing agents, and vendor partners to ensure smooth facility operations and exceptional service delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external visitors
  • Manage all front of house services and appropriately direct incoming queries
  • Plan and assist with physical setup of events and meeting spaces including furniture, signage, and equipment
  • Support other facilities team services as required
  • Manage printer room and breakroom restocks
  • Identify areas of focus and needs to escalate to the FM team
  • Engage with the occupants to ensure business operation satisfaction
  • Actively walk the café spaces during peak hours
  • Job sharing with other team members, predominately the front desk support
  • Any and all other jobs as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a confident, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
