Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Manage incoming calls and emails, routing them to the appropriate departments efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect a positive company image
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are handled seamlessly
Assist with workplace operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
Support event planning and execution for office gatherings and team-building activities
Collaborate with internal teams to address facility-related needs and concerns
Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures in daily operations
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Monitor and report workplace trends to help improve employee and visitor experiences
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using office software, including PDF tools and scheduling applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Familiarity with workplace policies and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
