We are looking for a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and operational support in a detail-oriented office environment. This is a contract position based requiring in-person attendance for a two-week assignment with the possibility of extension. The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless workplace experiences for employees and visitors.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors with a detail-oriented approach, issue visitor and parking passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols
Escort guests to designated locations and assist in coordinating recreational, dining, and business activities as requested
Handle janitorial and maintenance work orders, resolving issues with vendors or staff as necessary
Address inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers, escalating matters when required
Provide administrative support, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and care of office equipment
Prepare customized client materials while adhering to brand guidelines
Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, ensuring safety protocols are upheld
Identify and resolve typical and atypical challenges within the workplace using established solutions
Deliver consistent, high-quality services and information that impact team success
Adhere to standardized procedures and practices while receiving moderate supervision
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with office routines, standards, and systems, along with the ability to apply skills across various procedures
Intermediate problem-solving abilities, capable of selecting solutions independently from available options
Effective communication skills for explaining detailed information within the team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with a proactive and inquisitive mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures within a detail-oriented environment
