This office serves as the home for our rapidly growing UK team and a central hub for the London AI community. As our London Workplace Experience, you will be the "go-to" person for the London team, driving the office and culture. You’ll keep the daily logistics moving, assist with the launch of our new building in the heart of the West End, and ensure our office is a place where people love to work. This role is perfect for a proactive, high-energy individual who enjoys being at the center of the action and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced AI company.

  • Keep Operations Running: Manage daily logistics including post, communal areas, meeting room readiness, and vendor coordination (cleaners, catering, maintenance) to maintain a world-class environment
  • Own the Office Culture: Drive the vibe of the space through snack and coffee selections, team lunches, birthday celebrations, and social rituals that make the office somewhere people love to be
  • Support Events & Visitors: Help execute on-site events such as AI hackathons and evening meetups, while providing a warm and professional welcome experience for all external guests and partners

Requirements:

  • Based in London, able to be in the office 5 days a week
  • Strong operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high visibility office. Thrives in high pressure environments requiring solid judgement and quick decision making
  • Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing office maintenance and supplies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and legal partners to vendors and office guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with a proven ability to anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement new processes to improve workflow in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment, including planning and executing office-wide events and negotiating with vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness
What we offer:
  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities
  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend
  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose
  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy
  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend
