We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-oriented ON CALL Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented demeanor, and the ability to adapt to varying tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will bring experience from customer-facing roles in luxury settings, such as hotels, coffee shops, or airlines.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors with courtesy and warmth, ensuring a positive experience
Handle food and beverage setup and breakdown for meetings, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Operate and maintain coffee machines, including performing cleaning cycles and refilling supplies
Manage standard front desk duties, such as answering inbound calls and providing clerical support
Utilize Slack and Microsoft Office tools to communicate effectively and manage tasks
Maintain a detail-oriented appearance and adhere to business dress code standards
Provide same-day support when needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations and problem-solving during busy periods
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as receptionist, concierge, or similar positions
Familiarity with food and beverage handling, including setup and cleanup for meetings
Competency in using Microsoft Office applications
Slack experience is preferred
Ability to maintain composure and confidence under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Availability to work on an on-call basis, including same-day assignments
Commitment to detail-oriented presentation and adherence to dress code standards
Willingness to complete background checks and drug testing as part of the onboarding process
