We are seeking a professional, adaptable, and service-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to support a fast-paced executive office environment. This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, enjoys operational support work, and can effectively manage shifting priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. The position will support day-to-day office services operations, administrative workflows, and ad hoc executive support requests within a high-visibility environment.
Job Responsibility:
Printing, copying, scanning, and binding documents
Administrative and operational support tasks
Courier coordination and package handling
Shipping and receiving support
Front desk and general office support as needed
Managing ad hoc requests through the executive office support pipeline
Supporting daily workflow operations and office organization
Assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and general coordination tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support, office services, front desk, hospitality, or customer service environments
Experience with printing, binding, mail/package handling, shipping/receiving, or office operations strongly preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling shifting priorities and occasional schedule changes based on business needs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
