We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Bellevue, Washington, this role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of workplace activities and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, communication, and maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and support daily workplace operations, including administrative and receptionist duties
Act as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately
Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors
Organize and execute workplace events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively
Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain inventory
Collaborate with leadership to implement workplace improvements and support team initiatives
Requirements:
Strong ability to manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
Solid background in administrative support and receptionist responsibilities
Experience in maintaining vendor files and managing supply orders
Demonstrated skills in event coordination and workplace organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
