As a Workplace Coordinator at Snorkel AI, you’ll be a key driver of our people-first workplace magic! You’ll own the day-to-day rhythm of our office while helping create experiences that make coming in feel energizing, connected, and genuinely enjoyable. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to keep everything running smoothly from facilities and logistics to events and programs that bring people together and help them do their best work. Sitting at the intersection of operations, culture, and employee experience, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping what a great in-office and hybrid workplace looks like at Snorkel.
Job Responsibility:
Keep the office running smoothly and looking great—clean, organized, and always stocked with the essentials
Partner with facilities and vendors to tackle office needs big and small (furniture, equipment, fixes, and upgrades)
Set the stage for success by coordinating office setups for new hires, meetings, and special moments
Ensure our Snorkelers are well fueled by championing our in office food and beverage program
Be the friendly go-to person for workplace questions, helping employees feel supported and taken care of
Help create a warm, seamless onboarding experience so new hires feel at home from day one
Bring people together by planning and hosting team events, celebrations, and holiday fun
Handle the behind-the-scenes logistics for meetings and company-wide gatherings so everything runs effortlessly
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in workplace operations, office coordination, facilities support, or similar roles
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience partnering with vendors or service providers
Proficiency with Google Suite
Ability to work onsite regularly in our San Francisco office
Nice to have:
Experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service
Familiarity with workplace programs or employee engagement initiatives
Basic knowledge of design principles to create attractive and functional workspaces
Familiarity with Envoy and workplace tech
